I got home from work and the dining center just didnt sound very appealing. i kidded around with Josh about how good Olive Garden sounded, and right away he was like... "ok, lets go!".... IT WAS SOOO GOOD! afterwards we went to Texas Thrift to shop for baby stuff, like shelving.. they didnt have much but we did get a game. Then it was off to half priced books where we got some books for our baby and got the dvd game of deal or no deal! :)

Where is my belly button?

Everyone told me it would happen, and I have seen it happen to others, but it really doesnt seem real until it happens to you! haha.. MY BELLY BUTTON IS DISAPEARING!!!! It started out as an inny, now it is an outy, and soon it will be gone! haha.. just one of the many strange things that happen to you when you get pregnant:) I cant complain though, because it will be totally worth it when we see that baby smiling back at us!:)

Josh is earning vacation time!

After our cruise and going home for grandpa's funeral, Josh was down to no vacation time! With it now being summer and the possiblity of a summer vacation, we really needed some vacation time. So it was great timing that summer school move ins are here, so Josh could work extra days to get some vacation time!! not to mention he got a day of vacation for closing, and his regular 1 day for the month of may!.. so we are up to 3 days saved up for this month!!!! YAHHHHH!!!!!

Laura's graduation!

It was great to go home! I missed not having Josh with me, but it was great to get to be at Laura's High School graduation! I can't believe how smart she is, either! She was in the top 5 in her graduating class and got a really cool medal and everything. She definitely deserved it!

It is good to be back in Texas with Josh. I am over my morning sickness, so now I can just enjoy my pregnancy:)

NEW PRINTER!!!

WOW! Josh just got a sweet new printer in his office and I can't wait to try it out! it faxes, copies, scans, and prints! It even has inputs for all camera memory cards!!! The Housing Department just hooked all the Hall Directors up!!!!

In other news, the baby is kicking a lot!:) We are sooo excited to get to see it and find out the sex of the baby soon!!!!

MY FRIDAY!!!

Well, it is Thursday, but it is my Friday since I don't work tomorrow..haha.. I get every other Friday off, so that is really nice! I am going to clean the apartment and relax tomorrow.. it will be the first time i have gotten to sit down since we got back from our cruise.. I can't wait!!!

Josh took me to a fancy restaurant the other night for Mothers day.. it is cool that I will be celebrating my first mothers day this weekend!! How awesome! God is sooo great!

The prank of all pranks.. how embarrassing

So, there is this really cool ad agency called .Com Marketing Interactive Ad Agency. I saw that they are having a 10 year celebration and many people are sharing video's with them. I thought I would share a video of a prank we played on a friend.

I have this crazy, but lovable friend, Sanchitha! She is a lot of fun and will do just about anything. Well, knowing this, my friend Shay and I thought we would have a little fun with her. We were playing a simple game of Truth and Dare and we dared her to run around the building yelling "fire." I know it sounds pretty easy and not very funny, but the funny part was that she had NO idea there were about 10 guys around the corner, whom she had a crush on.

SOOOO, Sanchitha takes off yelling "Fire, Fire, Fire" when all of the sudden she disapears around the corner and we hear a *Thud,* the sound of the guys' Xbox falling on the ground and breaking... Sanchitha was SOOOO embarrassed that she not only made a fool of herself yelling "fire" in front of them, but actually ended up breaking their Xbox.

Crappy weather!

Wow, the weather is really horrible out today. It is fairly warm, but it is very overcast and probably is telling what is to come this afternoon. I heard on the news it is supposed to get really bad out this evening... they said it was going to be the worst storm in the past 2 springs... they even predicted tornados and hail.. sure hope they are wrong about the tornados! we are going to be leaving for a doctors appointment in the morning, so we pray it clears up by then!

If you are like my husband and I, you LOVE shrimp! We are not huge seafood eaters, but we love almost any dish with shrimp in it! I found a ton of Seafood Recipes here and they all look great. Our personal favorite is the Cajun Shrimp Stew. I took the time to have my husband make this quick video sharing how easy and great tasting it is.

We leave in the morning!!!!

I CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have been on a cruise before, but Josh hasn't.. i do remember it but it was in high school and it was only to 1 place, so this will be much better... not to mention i get to spend the entire time with Josh:) We have a lot planned and we are going down a day early to stay at a hotel, which will be a lot of fun too.

I must say, it is a much needed break... i have been feeling much better but am exhausted and Josh has been in charge of the RA recruitment, so he is ready for a break as well.
