Has it really been 4 years since all we heard about was Michael Phelps winning 8 gold medals and everything was about him? I can't believe it! And I can't believe how he isn't the best swimmer anymore. I thought he would be even better but he didn't even medal in his first race and got silver (his first silver ever) in his second. So strange to see him drop from dominance so quickly!
