Colon Cleansing....

I continue to hear more and more about people who are getting their colon cleansed. It doesn't sound like anything I would want to go through but for those are are, I guess there are many options, like cleansonix. I don't plan on ever getting it done and have heard mixed reviews on the actual benefit to doing it. But, I guess, to each their own.
