Lose some weight

Losing weight can be tricky, we all know that. We have a few pounds that we would love to lose and are not sure how to do it. We have tried exercise, weight loss pills, diets, and even eating less. I am not looking to lose a lot of weight, but I would like to slim down a bit. If any of you have good ideas or approaches, please let me know. I would love to hear more about what you have found to be successful!
