Although most of my work involves meetings, and jumping from building to building, I do have a lot of work that consists as general "office work" in front of my computer. I think it's starting to get to me, because of back hurts so much lately. I don't sit right in my chair, and my wife has always said I need some sort of
posture corrector. I know it doesn't help that I always tuck my foot under my seat, which off balances everything. And I've noticed even wearing a wallet in my back pocket throws my back off to...funny cause you wouldn't think something like that would. I'm sure just having good posture would help a lot, but it's hard to remember that.
Grandpa's billfold really hurts his hip if he leaves it in his back pocket for long road trips. Because of that, I carry it in my purse on those occasions.
