New Years Eve

We just got back from Church.... I got to sing in the service as I do every year.. It was a lot of fun.. I really miss getting to sing in Church. At 10pm we have another service so I will get another chance to sing again tonight.

Tomorrow is Christmas!!!!!!!!! We are getting up early and opening presents:) Josh is going to hate it but we always wake up and open presents in our P.J.'s.... Josh hates not showering in the morning..haha.. I'm sure he wont complain since he will get presents:)

Opening Presents!

We got to open our presents from my grandparents tonight. It was a lot of fun because my cousins and grandparents were all at my parents house. Josh got to finally give Matt the autographed basketball and Matt loved it! Of course Josh and Matt talked about basketball for about an hour after the present was given..haha

Back in Iowa!

We made it without any problems at all. The drive was a lot of fun as Josh and I just got to talk the whole time:) ... I'm sure Josh loved that..haha... We didn't listen to the radio at all and still had a great time. Josh drove for about 5 hours and then I took over for the next 3 hours. Josh drove the final 5 hours and we made it to my parents house around 11:45pm. It was really foggy in Iowa, but the weather is great here! Last year it was 20 below zero when we got to Iowa but this year it is almost 45 degrees...

The next 2 weeks are going to be great!!!

TOMORROW!

Tomorrow Morning we are heading to Iowa. We wont be carpooling with Ryan and Stephanie this time so Josh and I are going to have to make sure we get some good sleep tonight. We have to do all of our packing tonight but it wont be that bad since we are so excited about going home.

Only 2 more days!

Finals are now over and we are only a couple days away from heading back to Iowa for 2 days! All of the students are gone and Josh just has a few more meetings the next couple days and then we can leave. This week went really smooth and Josh hasn't been stressed at all which is awesome! We have been shopping for the rest of our gifts this week and will be wraping them all tonight in order to get ready to bring them all home. Josh is really excited about giving Matt the Autographed basketball.

Finals week

For Josh..haha.. Well, not for Josh but for all of the students. But since it is finals it also means all the students will be moving out this week which adds a lot of work to Josh's week. But Hey, once the students move out, we are that much closer to going home for Christmas!!!!
